VUST Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-13

These terms are a practical product draft for VUST paid launch. They describe how VUST tools, Telegram bots, web tools, passes, and Balance may be used.

1. Acceptance

By using VUST websites, Telegram bots, web tools, paid passes, or Balance-based actions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use VUST.

VUST is a set of digital AI tools for writing, editing, translation, summarization, formatting, study, search, and related productivity tasks.

2. Services covered

  • Telegram bots operated under the VUST brand.
  • Web tools and public pages on vust.ai and related VUST domains.
  • Paid 30-day passes such as Review Pass, Core, Pro, and Max, and earlier duration passes such as Founder Pass.
  • Balance — prepaid value in your billing currency for eligible one-off actions — and earlier internal credits where still available.
  • AI-generated outputs delivered through VUST tools.

3. AI-generated output

  • Outputs are generated by AI systems and may contain mistakes, omissions, or outdated information.
  • VUST does not guarantee perfect accuracy, correctness, originality, legality, or fitness for a specific purpose.
  • You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in professional contexts.
  • VUST tools are not legal, medical, tax, investment, immigration, or other regulated professional advice.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit, the instructions you give, and how you use generated outputs. Do not submit content that you are not allowed to process or share.

Some VUST tools may process personal, business, academic, or sensitive text. Use the tools only when you have the necessary rights and permissions.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use VUST to:

  • violate applicable law or third-party rights;
  • harass, stalk, defame, impersonate, or target people unfairly;
  • generate malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, or evasion content;
  • attempt to bypass VUST rate limits, payment gates, access controls, or security protections;
  • resell VUST outputs as a bulk data service without permission;
  • send secrets, credentials, payment card data, or other highly sensitive data unless the specific tool explicitly supports that use.

6. Paid plans, passes, and Balance

  • A Pass provides digital access to eligible VUST tools for the stated period. Core, Pro, and Max cover supported VUST tools; Review Pass covers ReviewBot only. Earlier passes such as Founder Pass keep their original stated scope.
  • Balance is prepaid credit toward eligible one-off VUST actions, denominated in your billing currency. It is not money, electronic money, or a bank product, and it is not Telegram Stars.
  • Telegram Stars are a payment method with their own exact charge shown before checkout; they are not a Balance unit and do not define an exchange rate.
  • Some actions place a temporary hold on Balance that is captured only after the result is delivered. A released hold is not a charge.
  • Feature availability and limits may differ by tool, tier, bot, and payment rail. Paid plans do not promise a fixed number of actions.
  • Prices and products are shown before checkout where technically possible.
  • Payment is handled through supported rails such as Telegram Stars, card checkout via Tribute, and crypto via OxaPay, where shown for the exact product.

Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy.

7. Account and Telegram binding

Telegram bot access is usually connected to your Telegram user ID. Entitlements, Balance, trial counters, referrals, and usage history may be associated with that identifier.

If you change Telegram accounts, uninstall Telegram, delete messages, or lose access to your Telegram account, VUST may not be able to transfer access automatically.

8. Third-party brands, public sources, and comparisons

  • VUST is independently operated and, unless explicitly disclosed, is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by third-party brands named on its pages.
  • VUST provides an independent digital analysis service. It is not the seller, marketplace, merchant of record, fulfillment provider, or warranty provider for third-party products shown or analyzed.
  • Names and trademarks are used only as needed to identify a product, platform, source, compatibility relationship, or basis for objective comparison. They remain the property of their respective owners.
  • Editorial and comparison material may rely on user-provided links, publicly accessible pages, official documentation or APIs, marketplace information, or contracted data providers. Public accessibility does not by itself mean that content is open-licensed or free of third-party rights.
  • Prices, features, rankings, availability, seller details, and third-party terms can change. Dated comparisons describe the evidence available at the stated verification time.
  • Any affiliate, referral, provider, or partner relationship that may materially affect a link or recommendation must be disclosed separately near the relevant action.

These notices do not make an inaccurate or unfair comparison acceptable. VUST remains responsible for having a reasonable basis for objective claims, and users should verify time-sensitive facts with the official source.

9. Availability and changes

  • VUST is provided on a best-effort basis without a guaranteed uptime SLA.
  • Tools may be delayed, unavailable, changed, rate-limited, or discontinued.
  • Third-party platforms and providers, including Telegram, Tribute, OxaPay, hosting, database, and AI providers, may affect availability.
  • VUST may update these terms. Material changes may be announced on the website or in the relevant bot.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, VUST is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or decisions made based on AI outputs.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to VUST for the affected service in the 30 days before the issue, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Contact
